4 Levels of Pizza: Amateur to Food Scientist | Epicurious

We challenged chefs of three different levels - an amateur, a home cook and a professional chef - to make their versions of pizza. And then we brought in a food scientist to review their work. Which pizza was the best?

  • I just want to know which one is healthier. Pizza is always good no matter how bad. I just want a scientific breakdown on which is healthier and why in exact terms including pier reviewed studies to the maximal extent. I realize that is the most difficult food/human trial event in history but I do demand it....I want rather than flavor the maximum health benefit for food to all humans. Not some jambalaya of idiots wreaking havoc in a kitchen. I want to live long and healthy, not flavorful and snotty. Adjust the channel a bit so that flavor, texture, and satisfaction experts move to the very end of the line. I'm tired of food killing me.
