  • The guy doing this review is one of the best , Most straight forward I’ve seen on TRvision. I bought a 2019 Ioniq and I LOVE IT! I’m torn between a Telluride or a Palisade but this review changed my mind on the Palisade thank you !

  • The Palisades has a huge loss of value in the first 3 years, questionable reliability, but hey it has cup holders.

  • Both the Telluride and Palisade are in the luxury category with similar features. The styling differences are such that the Telluride looks rugged and geared for guys while the Palisade is a bit more streamlined for feminine buyers

    kurt franklinkurt franklin25 gün önce
  • I've looked at both and the price difference is so minute that it isn't even worth considering. These SUV's are virtually identical on features, trim packages and technology so the decision comes down to which exterior style you prefer as there is quite a difference between the two.

  • Now, if they only built a heavy duty truck. I mean a real truck. If they did that, they would remain my manufacturer of choice. But I'm in Canada and the cost of any new vehicle is an investment for sure.

  • They haven’t even released the pricing for the Palisade yet. We just purchased our Telluride for a little over $32,000...not sure the Palisade can beat that pricing, but I guess we’ll see

  • I wanted a Kia Telluride all wheel drive. They are super hard to find. One dealer bragged than he was charging 8K over MSRP. I almost bought it from a dealer who wanted to charge me only 3K over MSRP. Then I bought a Hyundai Palisade in Tracy and got WAY more options (fully loaded) at 500.00 UNDER MSRP. It is all wheel drive as well. It’s almost exactly the same, but a much better color. Got it all and saved a lot. My dealer probably could have easily sold my Palisade for thousands over MSRP as it was the only AWD within 100 miles of the Bay Area, but he chose to give me a great deal instead. I couldn’t find a KIA dealer who didn’t want more than MSRP on the AWD version. I will never buy a Kia.

  • Kia and Hyundai just went for the throats of every American SUV/Crossover maker and destroyed them all. Other than HP These 2 vehicles alone outclass them in every other area. Price, Styling, Comfort, Reliability, Usefulness oh and did I mention price? The days of waiting for a $70 - $80k SUV's are over for me.

  • Same engine, same transmission, interiors equally decked out along with all the safety features. But the one thing Hyundai missed is the Telluride’s exterior styling. It looks European inspired, like a Range Rover meets BMW. The Palisade is a nice looking car but it looks like every other crossover out there. As a life long Ford owner (F-250, Expedition, Explorer in the garage) I’m seriously thinking about swapping the Explorer out for the Telluride. Hats off to the Korean engineers for developing some beautiful cars.

  • In-laws bought the Luxury Palisade on Saturday. Very nice vehicle for the price. The 3rd row doesn't feel like a punishment and that shows by simply adding the USB, cup-holders, and a electronic reclining seat. It feels well built and has a good presence on the road (feels stable). Only thing that would probably go is the OEM tires get horrible reviews for snow/ice, and they live in Canada. Btw this is once of your guys best reviews, thumbs up.

  • I have zero interest in buying a crossover, but goddammit, the Koreans are killing it, yet again! The design, and the clever features of the Palisade is what making this otherwise oversaturated market of crossover, so competitive.

  • I buy these things for cargo room first. Would be nice to see a better look at cargo capacity especially with third row folded. This is promising based on a look with third row down and the space under the floor. Price point is great....but only if I can get all the stuff in there that needs to be there.

  • So it is crazy I live in Coeurdalene Idaho haha But that doesn't matter. What matters is My wife and I took one of these for a spin this weekend and we have been in the 2020 Explorer, 2019 Mazda CX-9, and the Palisade blows these two out of the WATER with luxury and safety features. I did take a look at the new 2020 Ford Lincoln but $101,000.00 that is never gonna happen lol The Palisade is seriously a beautiful ride. And IT IS VIRTUALLY SILENT INSIDE! Could not hear any road noise. We might get it but we will wait to see the new 2020 Ford Explorer ST first.

    The InternetsThe Internets3 aylar önce
  • I like that it doesn't have a turbo. It's less stuff to break and if nearly 300 hp isn't enough for your family hauler then I don't know what you're looking for. We've had a '08 Pilot for 9 years and it's only got 244 hp and I've never really felt like it couldn't do what I needed it to do. If anything, they should have an option for the upper two trim levels to put in the 5.0L from the genesis and a beefier transmission to handle the extra 130 hp. They could probably have a heavy duty towing package available with that combo as well that would stiffen the frame and beef up the brakes. I'm sure all that would add 10K to the price but that would still be a good deal for an SUV like this one with 420 hp and most likely 7000 - 8000 pound towing capacity. It could compete with the Germans at that point.
