How Kodak Exposed The Atomic Bomb

Kodak detected the first atomic bomb before anyone else figured it out. Then they made a deal not to tell anyone. Thanks to HBO Max, and their new show raised by Wolves for sponsoring this video!

  • In the mid 60's my family was driving from Los Angeles to Big Bear Lake late at night on a Friday. It was our chance to beat traffic and get some more time in the mountains. I was awake and talking to my dad as he drove. We had reached the summit on highway 38, where it crosses over the range and heads into the valley, when we saw the entire sky light up in the distance. I asked him what that was and he guessed it was an atomic test near Las Vegas. I have not seen another sight like that again. Thank God.

  • Radium doesn't glow. The particles released by the radioactive decay of radium causes radioluminescence in, you guessed it, radioluminescent compounds known as "phosphors". The best known types are copper-activated zinc sulfide and silver-activated zinc sulfide. Phosphors are often transition-metal compounds or rare-earth compounds of various types. In inorganic phosphors, these inhomogeneities in the crystal structure are created usually by addition of a trace amount of dopants, impurities called activators.

In WW2 a plane in the UK flew from Warboys ( Norfolk area ) to Cornwall dropping bio weaponry tests.. fairly recently deassified. I might have the flight path a bit wrong but deff a diagonal flight corridor of mid east to south west.

John 8:58 (Jesus speaking) Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am. John 10:30 (Jesus speaking) I and my Father are one. Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. John 1:1 & 14 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 14 And the Word was made flesh (Lord Jesus), and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. God called Himself "I am" and Jesus called Himself "I am" which proves He is God in the flesh. Now we're just waiting for Jesus to return for those of us who follow Him. Titus 2:13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Revelation 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen. Revelation 1:8 (Jesus speaking) I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. Revelation 22:13 (Jesus speaking) I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last ------ There Are None Righteous Romans 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: Luke 5:31-32 (Jesus speaking) 31 And Jesus answering said unto them, They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick. 32 I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Ephesians 2:8-9 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

  • You should cover how your entire country is still influenced by systematic racism by the Nazis and white supremacist groups in America. Or the Nazi war criminals that worked on many projects in America with their backgrounds erased. Personal beliefs, value systems, and norms are shaped by the social context of the time are area. Because of the learned attributes of human behavior, your entire country of America is racist, even if they are speaking the same rhetoric on equality or equal rights. That belief of social fairness is unjust because of the limited factors of Natives people owning oil wells, gold wells, or large partials of lands. Look at all the "Fort" counties there are or "heritage sites"

  • This reporting is an example of taking a historical situation and not explaining the context. The context of the events was that during WW2, the United States government was told by credible scientists that a nuclear bomb was possible, and that German scientists knew it was. The concern was that Germany would develop a nuclear bomb and use it on us. That spurred the U.S. to work on a bomb here. It turned out that Germany did not seriously work on a nuclear bomb, so our fears were not vindicated. But because we did not know that until the war was nearly over, we did have cause to worry, and what we did was justified. After the war, we learned that the Soviet Union had spies in our program, and they had stolen plans for our bomb. They made bombs of their own. Years later, they stole plans for our hydrogen bomb. So we were riddled with spies in our most secret projects, and that raises paranoia if nothing else would. Conducting tests that mildly threatened Americans was seen as being completely justified.

    ApexsealsApexseals2 gün önce
  • One of the most expensive steels in the world is sourced from Scapa Flow. Scapa is not a smelter, nor is it a mine. It is a remote and desolate anchorage in the Orkney Isles, north of Scotland.... and the steel? It comes from the German Grand Fleet, which was interned there after the First World War and whose ships were scuttled by their own crews shortly afterwards. Since the end of the Second World War, all steel produced contains a tiny amount of radioactive material and, of course, the steel in the scuttled ships, being underwater while atmospheric testing of nuclear weapons was taking place, does not and is consequently extremely expensive. There's a post for someone in that story, for sure.

  • Interesting information. Now if one wants to determine currently the levels of Strontium-90, perhaps a trip to just south of Springville, New York is due. It was where a Nuclear Fuel Reprocessing Plant was located, and elevated levels of Strontium-90 had been detected in the ground waters and soils there. The groundwater leached into the Cattaraugus Creek, which then flows into Lake Erie.
