  • Don't just do a calorie deficit. Get a scale that shows you how much muscle and fat you have. You probably gained a bunch of muscle you wouldn't have with too much of a deficit. Plus you could hurt your metabolism and yoyo diet. Like you would loose muscle then gain back fat.
