  • The “indigenizing” he’s mentioning here is absolutely no exaggeration. At every political gathering it is expected that a speaker acknowledges the territory and how it was perhaps “wrongfully” taken from the past indigenous peoples. It’s simply ludicrous and doesn’t serve any purpose of reconciliation nor can it possibly help resolve any issues regarding indigenous affairs. It’s very much the self-flagellation he’s described. I’ve heard individuals called “colonizers” because of their refusal to admit guilt in “stealing” indigenous land.

  • At about 2:00:37: I agree with both of them that the change in status of the woman will likely lead to the end of a marriage. But doesn't that say a lot about the fragility of our (men's) egos? Why can't we handle having less status than our spouse? And why is status the holy Grail of men? Why is it that "important" bosses with enormous egos in big companies, once there's a take over, and they go from upper management to unemployed in a day, become weeping, whining wimps? It's because they solely define themselves by there job and the status that it brings. They know and are nothing else. But in reality, it a show. None of that will ever make men truly happy and we men, on a grand scale, have to learn that.

  • A word of warning re. Intermittent fasting. Don't do it if you have heart issues. By starving one day and eating the next you can trigger a heart attack. Fasting puts more strain on your heart. If you have heart problems please talk to a cardiologist before doing any fasting.

  • Science is also a religion let's not get it twisted folks, the science of observation is not always based on truth because reality and our sense of reality is basically an illusion in itself. God, science and human ideology doesn't really exist outside of our own perceived realities.

  • 1:57:20 - Some interesting yet very traditional perspectives on relationships: you need to be taller, smarter and make more money than your woman. You need to show off wealth and court her with expensive gifts (cheap gifts can be replicated by poor men), don't exhibit cues of frugality, your wedding ring needs to be 1/4 of your annual salary, etc. Whereas all those things obviously would help, I think it's all down to perception. I think it's more down to the male feeling inferior or unsuccessful, which he will subconsciously signal to women and become more needy and dependent on her. The most important thing is confidence and having goals in life outside of your relationship.

But the word retard doesn't have the venom and history of the word Nigger If I was of that community I'd take a note from Us African Americans and take the word and make it your own, As long as no discrimination is involved what can words truly do to you, We must not give words the power over action.

  • This guy is professor Cancer. He's using same arguments against man-made global warming as did the infamous smoking is not connected to lung cancer doctors. He's in the same category with the denial of man-made climate change. He's just to sow a seed of suspicion, just to get his payroll from the oil economy. AND he can't deny it.

  • Joe: 1) You can "take care of people" you care about without having government pointing guns at people to take their property to achieve this; 2) Government is the worst at managing those services (read Milton Friedman); and 3) Government power and programs NEVER stay small, lean, and focused on their original mandate (again, read Friedman and many others). It's all well and good to want to help people, but using government to do it is a huge problem and doesn't end up helping people in a quality way or in the quantities the free market does. These are documented facts, not opinions.

  • In *ANY context, if you make an allegation that could involve criminal charges, you better be using the constitutional protections for the accused. The context is irrelevant in that case. Criminal complaints (like a rape allegation) should still be held to the same standard.
