    • I like fancy cheeses, but Velveeta definitely has a place in the kitchen I think. Very good for making a thick gooey mac and cheese or melting over a good burger patty. I like the flavor if I'm in the mood, but it isn't for everyone but neither is any other cheese. Its melted texture is where it really shines.
