Traveling to the Least Visited Country in the World

Do you know what the least visited country in the world is?! My experience there was incredibly surprising.

Yep, I travelled to what the internet deems the least visited country in the world. The reality is that the statistics behind this are far from perfect. Many of these small countries don't actually count how many people come visit. So it's very hard to really tell which country truly has the least visitors. Either way, I went to Tuvalu, which is somewhere in the bottom of the list... and my experience was shocking.

  • NEXT WEEK. BIGGEST SEEK DISCOMFORT DROP EVER. GET HYPED. Now to add a note on climate change, what's happening to Tuvalu is heartbreaking... We're trying really hard to work on our emissions. We're the first to admit that we're far from perfect and have a long way to go. We're educating ourselves on how we can be better and we carbon offset all our flights, which is a start but obviously not a final solution. We're actively experimenting with ways to improve and we'll be talking more about it in future videos! I'm feeling super grateful after this trip and I'm so excited I got to share this incredible experience with you all. Love -Thomas

    • Would you please pin or add how you planned your trip there for people who have never traveled to a different country? Passport is obvious...but what about vaccines, the hotel name, booking agent if used one, airlines, etc? What to bring (or not to bring)...and any other tips. I would love for Tuvalu to be our 1st vacation spot outside of our country...thank you so much for sharing! <3

Endless fascination and hopefully places like this do not disappear. Thank you Yes Theory for introducing us to Tuvalu

  • I can't believe you hadn't heard of Tuvalu. And it's hardly the least visited country in the world I should think, or the smallest. :-p How much did the entire trip cost? Does having an FPV quad encourage you to get out of your comfort zone and seek out new places and adventures just to see what you can film? If only the bad half of Americans could learn to welcome immigrants and visitors like this instead of trying to build some idiotic wall...

  • I have heard about Tuvalu mainly because of .tv What an amazing place and it makes you want to go there. Beautifully shot Video especially the drone footage.

  • I'm from the Pacific islands and moved to Washington State for better opportunities. The people from the islands are very respectful and friendly. It is true, once you've become a friend, you also be part of the family. We all lived in a house to include friends and family members. Food was always on the table and everyone can come eat there. This is a great video to show case great hospitality and cultures from an unknown island. Beautiful people!!🤙🏽

  • Tuvalu might be the smallest island, but what about Palmerston? It’s a small island where all but three inhabitants are still the direct descendants of one British man and his three wives. They only have around 50 residents without any hotels or other accommodations. If you visit there, you will be happily hosted in someone’s house! And what’s even better is, since it was colonized by a British man, everyone speaks English! It really is an island paradise if you can live without modern luxuries.

  • There is NO climate change, sheese. there is only deception and lies, there are the evils forces pushing climate issues with pawns like Greta Thrunbeg and George Soros, in the end its about control, politics, and carbon taxes.
