A charge card is like a credit card. But for richer person. Usually there is no interrest( the bank know the owner of the card have money), but its an anual fee. Mostly between 150 to 500$. Its often an uncaped limit because they offer those card to people with high credit score and make big purchase on the go. You wont often ear a rich person say "here, take my credit card" to pay something. Because credit card are for "people that need to borrow money". Some people say charge card to look more wealthy by others.
